SIA's obsession with quality doesn't end at the factory. In addition to the minimum two years (three years with orders of similar 20 or more systems) parts and labor warranty, we also can work with local servicing organizations or the end user themselves, in pre-positioning uptime kits. Uptime kits are pre-positioned free for orders of twenty (20) or more systems. They contain the parts that are needed for 80% of all service calls.
